Atlantic Blue is a stunning custom summer home on PEI’s sought-after north shore, perfect for a relaxing Island getaway. Sleeping 10 guests, it combines spacious, comfortable living with a casual beach vibe. Just a two-minute walk takes you to a private sandy stretch of Penderosa Beach, reserved for this exclusive cottage community.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower, then gather in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Step through French doors to the screened-in porch, ideal for evening cocktails or card games. End your night on the deck around the custom fire pit roasting marshmallows and enjoying the sunset.

The main floor includes a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out trundle, plus a half bath with laundry. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, private balcony overlooking the water, ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms sleep guests comfortably: one with a queen bed and water views, the other with a double bed, single bunk, and a trundle, perfect for kids with space to play and watch TV. A full bathroom with double sinks completes the upper level.

Nearby attractions include Malpeque Bay’s famous oysters, Basin View Seafood, family-friendly Cabot Beach Provincial Park, kayaking tours, Cavendish and the Green Gables Shore are just a 20-minute scenic drive away.

This property is immaculate and the view is spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our PEI vacation as the location was near the beach and just a short drive to towns for supplies. The property is well equipped and spacious enough for our family of six. There were plenty of bathrooms and the beds are very comfortable.

We loved our stay at Atlantic Blue chalet. The location is ideal for warm beach days and there so great options for PEI dinning close by. The chalet was comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful view from the upstairs balcony. We would go back in a heart beat! Thank you.

A spectacular vacation rental

Anne of Green Gables Trip

We had a fantastic time. The location is great for all of the Green Gables experiences. We enjoyed the sandy beach with the beach chairs and towels provided. And the outdoor shower let us wash off our sandy feet. Guests need to know that three of the bedrooms are upstairs and the one single room is downstairs. Also, the room with the bunk bed doesn’t have a closet and if you pull out the trundle there isn’t any floor space remaining. Keep those things in mind when assigning rooms. The four seasons room was so pleasant in the daytime and one of us slept out there a couple of nights just to hear the ocean waves. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this beautiful house. We had a great time.

Fantastic Vacation!

Lovely spacious home

This home was the perfect site from which to explore PEI. We all enjoyed walking on the beautiful private beach which was only a five minute walk. The Adirondack chairs on the decks were sturdy and comfortable. Reading on the screened porch was great rain or shine. The openness and spaciously designed living area was perfectly appointed with casual and functional decor. The kitchen was well stocked with anything one would need including a wine fridge . Large and numerous windows allowed for ample sunlight. The sound and sight of the ocean makes this cottage a gem.

Incredible location, spotless and spacious house, really the ideal way to see PEI

Our week in PEI was one of the best vacations we've had in a long time, and this property played a big role. With more than enough space for our two young families to spread out and enjoy themselves, the house served as the perfect home base from which to explore the island. We ate fresh oysters, fresh lobsters and fresh scallops every single day, usually from home, prepared in the clean and very well-appointed kitchen. The screened porch was a lovely place to read first thing in the morning, and to enjoy a drink or three after the kids were in bed. All the big attractions of PEI were within a 45-minute drive from the place, but we were nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. And when we didn't feel like hopping in the car, we just wandered down to the epic and very private white sand beach at the end of the lane (a 4-minute walk), over the top of the picturesque sand dunes, where we made sand castles, sunbathed and just generally chilled out for hours at a time. The house is basically brand new, almost untouched, and very thoughtfully laid out. Tons of windows, natural light, and ocean breeze. And there's even satellite TV when the kids get restless. On that note: the TV was having a bit of trouble pulling US stations (World Cup!), and I sent an email to the property manager to see if I was missing something, and they emailed back with advice in about three minutes. I was very impressed with the level of service and attention, and we didn't miss any of the goals ;) Our only small complaint: the BBQ is pretty old, on its last legs for sure, and could use an upgrade. A small quibble, though, since we were just shucking most of our meals! Truly a wonderful place and a wonderful stay. You won't regret booking this spot.
