Within walking distance is the award-winning beach at Blackpool Sands, and other beaches along the shores of the bay.

The property is located around the back of the building via steps and pathway with access through double doors into the open plan small but perfectly formed kitchen/living space. At the back of the living space is the ground floor bedroom with double bed and then up the stairs to the second bedroom and the shower room.

The whole property is accessible to the guests.

Please note that there are a number of steps and a sloped pathway to the property.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you

- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
