The room was nice but the pillows were horrendous and gave all of us a sore neck. The heater/air conditioner was also desperately noisy and the swimming pool was FREEZING! I asked if the temperature of the pool could be increased and was told that it was set by management and nothing could be done. We liked the room type and location, though we wished the room had drawers so that we could put our clothes away. We're on the fence as to whether or not we will return to this hotel.

Room was great! No pool policing at all with multiple sports teams make it rather chaotic and strong chlorine smell burned your eyes even not in pool! Running in hallways and multiple hollering ! Sports teams should be placed together away from other guests! Would certainly check events before staying there again!

Hotel staff were very friendly. The room had a large pink stain on the carpet and dings in the walls, which you get with hotels. It was a basic room I booked, so I wasn't expecting perfection anyway. It was overall very clean!
