We stayed in a loft room which was very clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is located in a very quiet area. The spa facilities is one of the best we have ever been to. Lovely evening night away at Hellidon with my partner, recommend to use the spa facilities later in the day as it’s quieter. We had a lovely room over looking the beautiful countryside, room had everything we needed & very quiet. Evening food was delicious, special thank you to Karen and the young gentleman behind the bar / serving food - both very helpful, kind & wonderful members of staff. Both deserve a huge pay rise!😁

Lovely size room clean and comfortable. Great hotel and great gym. Felt £20 to use the pool as a resident was too steep though which was a shame as I was looking forward to it but couldn’t justify that cost

Hotel easy to find, check in quick and efficient, rooms nice and clean and breakfast was good. Only complaint is that our stay was for a function at the hotel. There was a wedding on as well on the same evening and there was only 2 bar staff serving at 2 bars, therefore long waits for drinks. Apart from that a good stay
