It is situated in Dawlish Warren, offering a beach within walking distance and also the perfect base to enjoy exploring the rest of Devon.



Internally, the apartment is attractive with an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The large French doors provide generous natural light as well as access to the furnished balcony. Externally, the furnished balcony area is ideal for casual dining.



The seaside resort of Dawlish Warren offers a sandy beach as well as the renowned sand spit, which is home to Dawlish Warren Golf Course and National Nature Reserve.



One and a half miles from Dawlish Warren is the charming coastal town of Dawlish situated in the beautiful south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town. Here you will find rare black swans and other wildlife.



The town’s railway station is nearby, offering good public transport links. The railway lines presence along the seafront make Dawlish a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route. The sandy beach at Dawlish is set beside this historic railway.
