Very dissatisfied.

We were taking our grandson to a hotel over night. We did it close to the hospital his sister was born that day. My husband called to make sure the pool that they had was heated cause that was the main reason we selected this one. We checked in and went to the room to go ready for the pool. We went to get in and it was literally freezing. Now for a 3 year old to say that you know it was cold. We decided to pack bag up and go elsewhere. With that all being said the refused to refund our money. Needless to say we will never go back and post on social media about them.

Toilet did not work in room, when front desk was notified we were told to come get a plunger. Walked down to the front desk told the clerk I’m not an employee of the hotel nor do I work in maintenance, not my job to fix the toilet. Clerk replied with, “I’m not maintenance either my response “not my problem.” You can come fix it or give us another room with a working toilet. The clerk came to the room plunges the toilet got it working and was very sweet about it. I’d stay there again if I was in a pinch, but would not search this property out.

Everything was great. Strongly urge others to consider staying at this location. Breakfast was great. Pool was warm and inviting. Used the exercise room and it was a good workout. Courtesy by staff was excellent.

Nice hotel at a great location

The staff is extremely nice and the room exceptional. Air is cold and heat hot The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The coffee was watery and gravy seemed thin. The bright spot was the waffle maker and juice.
