The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was sketchy. Very musty smelling inside. It’s an old house with many upgrades. Three bedrooms up very steep steps. Owner was responsive to questions.

The house was clean, remodeled beautifully and accomodated our group of 10 comfortably. There is a really nice park across the street, and overall it’s a nice neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. There were not enough sheets provided for all the advertised beds (futons and daybed). The cleaning crew responded and offered to bring more sheets, but it was after our first night stay without the sheets. Luckily we have family members who live nearby and we were able to borrow sheets, but it was inconvenient and stressful for the first night there.

Great place for family

Ideal space and layout for multiple family members with easy proximity to UD. Video games were a plus during down time. Proximity to highway didn’t bother us but you do hear it. Overall enjoyable stay.

Must Rent for a Family Stay in Dayton

This house gives you the best bang for your buck in the Dayton area. The bedrooms are roomy and well equipped for family stays. Everything is clean from top to bottom and with a washer dryer, it is perfect for longer trips. We were in town for our son's wedding and the house allowed for our immediate family (10 - all adults) to stay and get ready. We even had enough space in the kitchen and sitting rooms to wrap gifts, put together decorations for the rehearsal dinner, eat and play some cards. Even the grandparents loved it. The house has stairs, but the bedroom downstairs is perfect for an older couple who cannot or should not be climbing up and down. 11 out of 10!

Great Home for a Family Get-Together!

The online pictures don’t do the home justice. It’s quite spacious, with plenty of room for shared activities as well as places to get away for privacy. The bedrooms are huge and quiet. My husband and I enjoyed several long walks in the South Park neighborhood with our dog as we are fans of historic architecture. Overall, a lovely experience we hope to repeat often in the future!

Great place for a family to stay for UD Graduation

Great place with 3 full size bathrooms - perfect for a larger group. Could fix up the backyard a bit for outside sitting. Host was VERY attentive to some requests we had. Would recommend this property. Go Flyers :)

Great Home

I grew up in a Huber Heights. I came back to the area for my mother’s funeral. Allows pets but yet very nice and very clean. Interesting home and very open plan. Plenty of room! We did not have much time to explore but stores, coffee house, restaurants within walking distance. Parking is on street but we always managed to find a spot right next to the house. The company’s site says please remember this is not a hotel. Nope! It is much better.

A gem in an older downtown area

Driving up, we had some concerns. The area is in the early stages of recovery. This house is well done on the outside, and fantastic on the inside. Ample space, a beautiful kitchen and plenty of places to unwind. Love it. Very clean, and the amenities are top notch!

Big , comfy home

We loved our stay!! Four big bedrooms with three large baths . Home in a very historic neighborhood!! Walked the neighborhood daily. Close to restaurants . Grocery less then mile. We enjoyed the AF museum and casino. No problems no complaints. Short 15 min drive to airport. The park across the street has outdoor plays in the adorable park called South Park.

Great House! The inside will surprise you!

The house was very much like advertised, but better than expected! They have top of the line everything in the home, and they thought about every last detail! My family loved the home and we enjoyed my niece’s graduation! There was room for everyone and the amenities were perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip home to visit family.

Spacious and beautiful house!

This place was perfect for our short stay! It’s a beautiful restoration with plenty of room. Full kitchen made the ability to prep food for several people super easy. The arcade games were a hit with everyone, especially my 4-year-old nephew. It’s great if you’re traveling with family (including children) and want the comforts of home plus a little fun and style. Close to bars and restaurants near UD, etc.

Principal of a School

This home was perfect for our vacation! There was lots of room and was unique. The neighborhood has beautiful old homes we loved walking around looking at. Our daughter goes to the University of Dayton and it was close to her.

One of my favorites

I’ve stayed at several short term rentals. This is top 3 for me. New, clean (absolute most important thing), stylish, good shower Water pressure, modern. I would 100% stay again. Although no driveway, super easy to park on street at residence.
