Surprised by messy bed

Check in was fast and friendly. Coffee in the lobby was cold although I was told it was fresh. The room was not too old looking. Everything was in working order but it wasn't super clean. The bed looked like it had been made by a 10 year old. I was concerned that the sheets were even clean. There was some odd greasy residue on the lamp base which was gross. Breakfast was good.

Comfortable BEDS, very clean and affordable. I would recommend it to everyone. Breakfast had a lot of options, serve youself and freshly made. Available early 6:30 am. Make you own waffles!! The only improvement that i would have enjoyed would have been more fresh fruit..

Polite. Clean. Good Food. Heated pool means the room is heated. Or so we have assumed as the water was quiet chilly (just a fyi) Location and amenities in the location good.

Fire Alarm In the Middle of the Night

Fire Alarm went off at 2:37 am as a fault of the system and the management said this was the second time it went off in two days. Ruined our sleep and the night we were there. Never again.

Very pleased

All of the staff was so friendly at check-in and throughout our whole stay. The room was clean and fully stocked. The pool area and gym were clean and smelled good (they don’t always!). Breakfast was good. Overall, I was very pleased and would stay here again if in the area.

The shower would only run completely hot or completely cold water. The staff would do nothing to assist, acted like they didn’t care at all, and would give us no credit for the inconvenience. Won’t be going back there.
