The stay was good, but apparently Expedia sells their reservations to third party outfits in New Amsterdam and now I have to spend part of my vacation trying to get a refund for a room that I had to pay twice for because the third party (Hotel Beds) digital credit card declined. I will never book anything on Expedia again!!

The staff at this hotel are the most professional as well as being very friendly and courteous. I stay there multiple times every year. It’s the only hotel I will use in the Dayton area.

All the staff we encountered were friendly and hospitable. The modern deco vibe was fun. Loved seeing foosball tables in the lobby. The breakfast options were great! Be aware that there are no cups coffee pots in the room. All that is available along with a wide assortment of other snacks in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything looks brand new. Rooms are not fancy but very nice and well thought out. We were stopping on the way somewhere else. Area is nice and seems safe. Several places nearby to eat even at 10 pm. Staff checked in by text to see if room was ok and if we needed anything. Overall good experience.

Amazing staff, amazing services, outstading cleaness. Shoshana was amazing and also the lady in the morning. Brefast was served before time what was great. The cleaned the snow in the parking very well.
