The staff was so nice. There is no access to the beach and you have to walk down the street and go down a public path. The sliding door to beach was very hard to open and seats isn’t going to last much longer before falling through. The hot tub is closed. The pool deck is very uneven. There is no access to pool area if you are handicapped. The breakfast was just so so but my daughter really liked it. I did ask for garbage to be picked up on the second day and it never was. I hated it was piled up. I took out what I could to the trash can outside of room but that was full too. The property is in need of repairs and updating.

The room I stayed in door wouldn't unlock properly. The hotel staff told me to move the handle a certain way to unlock the door. The maintenance mantold me he would fix it After We Checked out! I have stayed at Hampton Inss all over for years and this one needs to have someone from Hilton check it out and clean it up. I will say the breakfast area was stocked and well maintained.

They should update the website

Wouldn’t have booked there if I knew you couldn’t easily get to the beach. They didn’t have access to the beach because they had it all blocked off so you couldn’t get to the beach. The back parking lot was blocked off because of two sinkholes on each end of the parking lot. The ice machine was broken. They definitely should update the website to say they don’t have access to the beach at this point in time because that was a huge disappointment.

Charge $15 a day to park, hot tub out of service, no beach access, toilet barely flushed, breakfast was terrible. Been there several times over the years, never going back. Left a day early, even though I knew I would not get a refund, that's how bad it is.

Hotel was nothing special. Wish is was kept up like the surrounding areas. No access to the beach and no functioning hot tub. Bed was one of the worst. Definitely not going to be a next trip choice when booking. But it wasn’t the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

We slept on damp sheets and used damp towels. I have been staying at hampton inns exclusively for several years, this hotel is tired. The bathroom was clean and the ocean view was amazing. The breakfast was ok. I dont like the $25 incidental fee, and its ridiculous to pay for parking on the premises. Where else are we going to park?
