The apartament is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

This gorgeous apartment has 2 queen size beds, to up 4 guests. New furniture, new cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 43" inch Smart HDTV includes 60+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park (0.3miles), Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.1miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only 0.1 miles from the Convention Center.

Entire space plus building amenities. Please, make yourself at home.

Great little place to crash for a conference in the area. Had a good time and was comfortable safe place.

The listing for this condo was very misleading. Upon arrival the toilet did not work properly, it was fixed the next day however this is something that I would think the cleaners would notice between stays. The AC did not work properly, nobody was sent to look at this during our stay it would not cool below 83. There was also water leaking from the ceiling by the AC resulting in mold on the ceiling as well as in the vents. There was 3 cockroaches that we had seen during our stay, the first one came out of the bed sheets resulting in my daughter being afraid to use the sheets on the bed. The mattresses were appalling by the filth and stains on them. The balcony was not as it appears in the listing, you cannot even sit one person comfortably on a chair. The location is fantastic and where we enjoy to be, they did offer us to go to a different place but 1.5 miles away where the reviews also indicated the presence of mold and lack of working AC.
Mold in the vents
Water stains and water was dripping in the walkway from ceiling.
Bathtub was dirty and stained
Both Mattresses were disgustin and had cock roaches in sheet.

The air conditioner didn’t work. The temperature in the room was over 90 degrees. The heat was unbearable. And because it was so hot in the room that causes the fridge to not cool down low enough to keep drinks cold. I had to go spend 50 on 2 fans ans a cooler and buy ice daily just to keep drinks cold The owner did offer me a 20% discount for the inconveniences. I did ask to be refunded for the money I had to spend to try and cool the room off some and refund on the cooler. However he did say he wouldn’t reimburse for that because the room had a ceiling fan. It was 90 degrees inside and outside so 1 small ceiling fan didn’t even help. The part that bothered me was I did find out from the maintenance worker that all owners of the rooms had been notified a month prior that the air in the whole building didn’t work and wouldn’t be fix no time soon. I would have never rented this property if it had been disclosed to me that the air wasn’t working. It’s the middle of July in Daytona. And the heat was unbearable. I’m just blown away that they’re renting these units and not passing it along to the customers. I will say the room was clean, it is older and run down but clean.

I did inform the owner I would not send him a bad review, but as a property management company you guys should be ashamed. Two years in a row I have used VRBO and stayed in Daytona, but this is the last time.

Perfect Daytona Stay

We stayed here for a cheer competition and it was perfect. Building is older but unit was clean and well kept. Location is convenient to the convention center. Beach and pool access was great.
