The hotel’s location was fantastic — just off the main beach road yet still right on the beach. You can’t beat the view or convenience. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms was disappointing. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, the shower walls were slimy, and the wooden floors were buckling from water damage. The TV didn’t work for regular cable channels, so we had to buy a streaming stick just to watch something. There’s no daily cleaning or maid service, which might be fine for some, but it adds to the rundown feel. On the bright side, the price was great — especially during Daytona 500 weekend, when most hotels were charging way more. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly option if you’re mainly after location and cost savings. But if you want a clean, comfortable room and basic hotel amenities, you’ll want to stay elsewhere.

This is the worst stay in the history of my life. Mold on the shower curtain and wall in bathroom. Behind the bedside table was filth. The room had not been swept prior to our arrival. It was just disgusting and that first pic you see, never saw that room on the premises.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. We stayed here for Biketober fest and it was packed. Definitely not a place you want to stay during an event if you want to get to bed early as many guests stayed up very late partying and the walls are very thin. Being it was packed for the event, parking was an absolute nightmare. The location is great, it’s off the main road on its own service type road. It’s also a very short walk to main st, the pier and many stores. The room seemed clean, but very outdated and had a moisture issue (something you’d expect at a beach hotel anyways). Our room had a tub/shower combo, the pull to use the shower part was broken and would not fully engage so water pressure was absolutely terrible, but it worked for our needs for a short period of time. In a pinch, we’d stay here again but definitely not our first pick.

Decent room with great view but no coffee pot!

Enjoyed the stay at Sandals Inn with the exception that it didn't have a real coffee pot. Is that too much to ask for?

Our room had open condoms wrapper in the draw, hair was on my bed. When you walked around Daytona in front of the stores it smelled like urine. It's time to find a new beach.

It was oceanfront right next to the pool, but we stayed there a year ago and everything was fine this year in August. It was baby roaches in the bathroom one in the little fridge holes in the wall, and the floor was filthy like they never mopped it will not be staying there again With a big disappointment in the room.

Great location for the beach, pier and boardwalk. Easy to find and lots of parking. Unfortunately the pool was closed for our stay. The building is starting to look tired. Very clean but tired.
