Very cool gem! The pictures do not do justice. Ocean at your doorstep, thoughtful chique design, and extremely personable and friendly reception. We highly recommend. Plus, great dining and nightlife options within walking distance.

Poorly Run and Way Over-Priced When we arrived, the vertical blinds on the sliding glass door were broken. The owner admitted they knew but said their handyman was busy, and they were never fixed during our three-night stay. On the second night, all guests were awakened at 3:30 a.m. by police pounding on doors due to the lack of an emergency contact number on the office door. A housekeeper also threw away my dental mouth guard, mistaking it for a drink, and despite searching the trash, it was never recovered. The owner promised to discuss compensation but never followed up. During our stay, fire alarms went off in every room when another guest burned food, and we had to hang towels over the broken blinds for privacy. Although advertised as a “boutique” hotel, it felt poorly managed and not worth the cost.

Awesome Retro Motel

This is such a cool, “art deco retro” little motel. 5 units right on the beach with a nice grassy area. Such a neat find, I was glad it was available last minute. 5-6 awesome restaurants are within a 1-2 minute walk. I'd stay here again — mostly for a 1-2 night stop.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s a tiny, one story, 5-room beachfront motel probably built in the 1950’s. Old school! But the rooms are nicely renovated, staff super friendly and helpful, check-in and out very laid-back and easy. It is right in the beating heart of NSB, a block from Flagler and all the shops and restaurants, right on the ocean. We loved it, and we’ll be back!

I really enjoyed stepping out of my room and walk right to the beach. I enjoyed that I never moved my car the whole time I was there because everything was within walking distance. I really enjoyed having a good AC, beach chairs available, beach towels available, and bikes to rent. What I didn't enjoy is there is not an ice machine at this location. You need to stop by a convenience store and by ice.

It was amazing! My family and I went, I have 2 toddler twins and we loved it. Quiet and right on the beach. Staff was amazing I wish every experience was like this! We will definitely be making this a yearly place to come.
