Beachfront Bliss - Pool Opening May 1st 2BD/2BA

**The pool and spa are currently closed due to a sinkhole. The tentative schedule for the repairs to be completed May 2026.
**Public beach access is available at Van Avenue Park, just past the Tropic Shores next door to us.
**PLEASE inquire prior to booking for information regarding the latest updates on the condo.

*Fully renovated condo with new furniture in both bedrooms, new tile flooring and new kitchen cabinets!
*Building is very secure (fab key & security cameras) with underground parking, two elevators, two saunas, hot tub, and heated pool overlooking the ocean.
*Wireless Internet throughout the building and separate internet at the Pool!
*Flat Screen TV's w/Digital cable in Living Room and both bedrooms.
The LR has 50'' Wall Mounted Smart TV.
*Beach chairs, umbrella, body board for your use.
*Fully equipped exercise room on the main level of the building.

LARGE LUXURIOUS NON-SMOKING OCEANFRONT 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH, on the 3rd floor overlooking the famous Daytona Beach. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to a large secured private balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed with night stands, full size dresser, 2 night stands, master bath with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed, full size dresser with mirror, TV, guest bath with tub/shower. You will enjoy watching the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean from your own private balcony. The laundry room is off the kitchen and contains a full size washer and dryer.

Spend a day of fun in the sun, swimming in the pool, the ocean, or just relaxing on the beach.

Golf is only minutes away at many excellent courses and if fishing is your pleasure, piers and charter boats are close by.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass top stove, full size microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, Keurig, ice maker, toaster, toaster oven and all the dishes, glassware, and all the utensils you will need.

All linens and towels are provided. There is a full a size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron located in the laundry room.

Fantastischer Ausblick

Super schön, komplett neu renoviert und alles vorhanden was man fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Gebrauch und einen Strandtag benötigt. Betten sehr bequem.Die Kommunikation mit Laurie war jederzeit schnell und freundlich.Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Cline 2025 vacation

We had a wonderful visit to Daytona Beach Shores. The pool and beach access was a little disappointing, but we made it work. The condo was fully setup with everything we needed. It included beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as sand toys for the kids. We will definitely stay again when the pool is up and running! The sunrise was breathtaking.

Stayed at this property 3 other times in the past , but this unit had more of the things you need more than any of the others.( The other 3 were grey as well) but this was better. Laurie was awesome. Needed help getting into the building when we arrived & she picked up right away & assisted. Place was spotless & appers to be recently redone inside & decor was great. The pool area wasn’t open do to repairs needed to the sea wall due due hurricane damage but we knew that before booking. We will be back again no question

Very nice condo

We had a great time, the condo was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. Just a couple of drawbacks--the main patio door doesn't work due to hurricane Ian, which was a bummer since our adult son was with us so if he wanted to go out to balcony he had to go through the main bedroom. Also, the steps to the beach are washed out due to Ian-not a huge deal but would have been so nice to just walk down steps to beach, especially since the pool and restrooms are right there. We were lucky to have a pool & hot tub since a lot of the condos on the road did due to Ian. We also had visits from the locksmith and insurance adjuster while we were there, we waited while they did what they had to do before going to beach etc. We did enjoy our stay and the condo is beautiful--these issues did not ruin our stay by any means, just something to be aware of.

Beach getaway!

Lauren was wonderful to talk with, the condo was absolutely perfect for our family, the beach was great, the view from the condo was amazing and we even saw dolphins on several occasions. Highly recommend!

Great Spring Break Getaway!

We had a wonderful time, the property was great, and every detail was well thought out. The condo very comfortably housed our family of five. The owner is super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this property and hope to return some day!

We loved our stay at this condo. It is equipped with everything you need for a home away from home vacation. Everything is updated and clean. We have been coming to Daytona for 30 years and this was by far our best stay yet! We will definitely be booking again next year!
