Don't be blinded

One thing has to be said, the photos of the property are well staged. However, reality is different. The condo looks like it's from the 70s. The description of the updated kitchen and bathroom is a joke. The last update must have been 35 years ago. The bedroom is dark and narrow. The only highlight is the view. OK, for that price you have to make compromises. Still, not again.

When i made this reservation, there was a disclaimer that some amenities may be unavailable. This needs to be updated to entire pool and deck area is completely unavailable. I would have booked elsewhere. I received a message about 2 days prior to check in stating pool and deck are unavailable. Too late for a refund. Bad advertising. Very disappointed in the way this played out. I wont be giving any recomendations due to this.

Wonderful stay but not as described

We stayed from Friday June 30 to Friday late pm on the 7th(I had paid for that night but after spending the time on the beach that day we decided to head home). While I was en route on Friday afternoon late, I read an email saying the roll out couch would not be available Because the renter before us had destroyed it. That couch was the greatest thing about this unit to me. It came down in to a king size bed almost. So one member had to sleep on the couch. I was so upset about this situation. The maintenance company did provide a roll away bed the next day. They communicated via email several times. They say they are going to compensate me for my inconvenience but it has not arrived as of yet. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and up to date. Overall, it was a great vacation. I would stay in this unit again if everything was fixed.

Great Beach Accommodation

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Daytona Beach. We found the location to be PERFECT. It was way better than staying directly on Daytona Beach because there was way less traffic, the water was clearer and we never had to fight for a spot on the beach. There was a little construction going on from hurricane damages (which we expected) but it wasn't much of a distraction at all. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the fact that the murphy bed in the room was non-functional even though it was listed in the listing/had pictures. We would have preferred to sleep on the murphy bed since it was closer to the view of the water and the bigger smart TV. Would recommend staying here if you are exploring Daytona.

The stay here was excellent. We accomplished what we intended to do in Florida, had a great lunch with my nephew and family and even enjoyed watching the construction workers at the parking lot for the Sunglow Pier. Have stayed here in the past and will do so again in the future.

Extended stay 30 days

Rented this condo for a month when I relocated to Daytona Beach. Condo itself was great! Very clean and amazing views. The building is a little dated but didn't really cause any issues. Unfortunately the pool and beach access was closed due to damage from Hurricane Ian. As was the Sunglow Peir and Crabby Joes. All in all it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

End of Summer Daytona Vacation 2022

Our little condo was perfect for my husband & I! The location was perfect. It was very clean & had everything we needed except for our bath towels, we were only given two for a seven night stay & the two we were given were very skimpy so we ended up using them in our chairs on the balcony after rain. We were very thankful we brought extra beach towels to dry off with after our shower. Other than that minor problem everything else was perfect & we would definitely rent again. As a matter of fact our daughter & husband are going to rent the same one in June next summer😎

We chose this condo based upon its location at the pier - Crabby Joe’s is our go to place to eat. The condo was beautiful and quiet. Fully updated kitchen. Comfortable bed. The balcony was wonderful - full gorgeous view of ocean and inter coastal! We greatly appreciated the security. All doors were locked to property including gates. Definitely recommend.

This condo was wonderful and exactly as promised. You can see the ocean and the inlet from the balcony, which was a nice surprise. Only complaint I might have is I didn't see a ramp to the beach, the only access was stairs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
