Incredible 17th floor condo has been completely remodeled and has beautiful views! You will enjoy relaxing on the private balcony accessed from the living room through double sliding glass doors while you enjoy incredible ocean, river and panoramic coastline views. The living area features a pull out couch for extra sleeping as well as dining for six. The kitchen has been updated and is complete with full size appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. The master bedroom features ocean and river views and has a King adjustable Tempurpedic Proadapt Medium Hybrid bed, TV, and private fully updated bath with shower. The guest room has beautiful ocean views and is complete with a queen bed and twin bed, a TV and a full bath just outside the door. All linens, towels, cable and internet are included. Just come and enjoy! Building amenities include pool, kiddie pool and whirlpool that are located oceanfront on the top level of the two level sun deck. The lower level hosts a large sundeck and exit to the beach. Visitors can also enjoy shuffle board, tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts and indoor exercise room, game room, and library. Peck Plaza is also home to the Top of Daytona fine dining restaurant and bar. This dining experience is one of kind with incredible 360 degree views of the entire Daytona Beach coastline from the 29th floor. Definitely a must see during your visit. ** Please Note: Only one elevator is in operation at this time**

Comfortable and great location

Overall this is a great unit in a nice building. Comfortable bed, plenty of kitchen tools, and good living space. Balcony and sunsets are beautiful as well as the partial view of beach and ocean. Unfortunately, there was some noise from upstairs folks and only one elevator working in the building.

Gorgeous

I really enjoyed staying at this unit. The view and location were just what I wanted. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish. Ashley was very helpful and responsive. My only issue was the elevator situation. There was only 1 working at the time of my stay and it broke when I was checking out. Getting my luggage and myself to the car from the 17th floor was a challenge to say the least. If there had been an emergency in the building, I'm thinking there would have been quite a few casualties as the majority of the people I noted upon my stay were elderly. If not for the help of the maintenance team, I myself wouldn't have been able to get everything and myself to my car. I'm so thankful for them.

Great Condo!

We booked as the resort we normally go to in Daytona you always have to fight for pool chair. I’ve also always seen the round condos and thought they would be cool to stay in. The condo was just as pictured. Views between river and ocean were fabulous. The condo had everything needed. This is the first time I haven’t had to go buy hangers to hang clothes!! Check in and out were super easy as well. Will definitely be back!

Nice Daytona trip

Very nice updated property with excellent views. Everything exactly as described. Only complaint would be that one of the two elevators was down the entire trip which caused long waits at times for such a large property.

Ashley our host was beyond helpful and very friendly. She always responded immediately with any question asked. The unit itself was beautiful and clean. The master bed, super comfy. Had everything we needed. Would most definitely recommend and if we come back would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

This is a beautiful property in an awesome location! The condo is 100% up to date, and has every convenience that you could want. The views from the 17th floor are amazing! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The location is also great. Each morning we would visit a different breakfast place within 5 minutes. All in all, it is hard to imagine a better place to spend a few days!

Best vacation ever

Wondeful process all the way through. Ashley is a pleasure to deal with and communication from booking cant be beat. Room is exactly as advertised but pictures do not do this place justice. The views are absolutely incredible from every room and balcony. If you're afriad of heights I do not recommend this room but other than that this place was perfect and we had an excellent time. Thanks again Ashley, our first VRBO stay was more than we could have imagined!

Beach Vacation

The condo was perfect for my husband and two young adult daughters. The condo was beautifully and adequately furnished. The building was in excellent shape. They were constantly cleaning the public areas-including sanitizing the elevator and workout rooms. Ashley was wonderful to deal with-very accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

One of the best

This unit had everything we needed including beach towels and two chairs. Very nice unit. It could accommodate 7-8 as there is a sofa bed in the living/dining area and a dressing room in master suite that would allow a rollaway, park n play or a cot for a younger child. Beautiful views from everywhere!

Loved It!!!

What a beautiful place to stay. We had an amazing time. It was just as described. Absolutely amazing to walk out on the balcony and see the river and the ocean at the same time. Super quiet.
