SHORES CLUB DID NOT HAVE ANY DAMAGE FROM THE STORMS LAST YEAR. ALL OF THE AMENITIES ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION.

Enjoy your next vacation at Shores Club! This modern, fully-furnished getaway offers beautiful sunrise views of the Atlantic off your private, furnished balcony, or from your living room. It has a well-equipped kitchen with white subway tile backsplash, open, industrial-style kitchen shelves, large kitchen island. All counter tops are marble. Washer and dryer is attached to the condo along with beach chairs, umbrella, floats and buggy boards. Guests of this rental will enjoy a year round heated pool, BBQ area, tennis, basketball courts, and fitness room. With a fun, family-friendly atmosphere and a no-drive stretch of beach, there is plenty of safe area here for the kids to play. Out door eating area and artificial grass area for games and enjoyment.

What's nearby:
Centrally located, this condo is just a short drive from Daytona nightlife or Ponce Inlet dining and marinas . A few miles south will land you at Off the Hook Harbor and Marina or the Hidden Treasure Bar & Grill, both of which are local favorites. Check out the Marine Science Center or enjoy some offshore fishing at the Critter Fleet. And if you drive north, Daytona offers the boardwalk with local shops, arcades, rides, miniature golf, and live music at the bandshell. Enjoy the Nut Cracker Ballet at Christmas time, or the Boat Parade of lights in St. Augustine.

This rental is located on floor 3.
Parking notes: All guests are required to register each vehicle. If guests arrive later than 3:00 PM, the registration cards are located on the table in the lobby near the elevators right across from the TV. Please fill the form out and leave it in the Manager's folder slot which is located down the two step stairs that leads to the pool area. The manager will receive the card on the next business day.
ABSOLUTELY NO TRAILERS ALLOWED. Shores club condominium is a very strict condominium. They do not want to violate any laws and they follow procedures effectively.

Each condo allows one assigned parking spot in the garage located across from the lobby. You will have a garage remote in your assigned rental property for the exact number unit that you are allowed. If you rented a specific number unit, that number will be applied to your garage spot on the wall in the garage. Please reach out to your Local Operations Manager for any questions that you may have in regards to assigned parking. Please note, the garage remote is your sole responsibility to replace where you picked it up from on the counter in the unit. If not replaced, there will be a &75.00 replacement fee.

Please note, if you park any type of trailer or any other vehicle that has not been registered in an assigned spot, you will be towed and we will not be responsible. Any fees or any fines whatsoever will be the guests responsibility. HOA in all Daytona Beach Shores, FL are not allowed to have trailers parked in the property parking lot or garage.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Shores Club. The location is great, and the beach wasn't overly crowded at any point. Our only complaint was all the construction noise from the work being done on the building (and that the workers were taking up much of the parking!) but the condo itself was spacious and pretty. We also had good communication with Linda! Thanks for a great trip!

Very clean unit. Grounds are well kept. View is unbelievable. Beach access is very accommodating, easy for rolling beach equipment. Linda and staff are gracious hosts. Kitchen appliances are fantastic. Everything we needed. Quick responses for our needs. Will return. The best stay we've had at the Shores in a while. Looking forward to visiting Shores Club next year.

One of the beds is being held up by a house paint can. The other bed folds up like a taco. No privacy of louvered bathroom and bedroom doors. No pantry to store food. 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided which is ok if notified you need to supply your own. No mirror in the 2nd bedroom. This is our 20th year staying at Shores Club but the first time renting this unit.

Great stay

There was a little mishap upon arrival, and out of the owners control. She handled it great and quickly. She communicated well and was very nice. The condo had everything we needed, and then some. Everything worked well and plenty of towels for the condo and beach. The parking was tough, but they offer a spot in the garage which was perfect! Great place to stay, we want to book next year again!

Great place to stay!

We did a long weekend heading into Memorial Day 2025. The condo was very clean, and the pictures are exactly the way it looks. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us (grandmother, 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child). We enjoyed the private (ie non driving side) of the beach. The (heated) pool and pool deck were very nice. Plenty of room for many people. Very nice, and, we will stay here again!

Wonderful!!

The condo was perfect! Beautiful and modern with everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable, and most of all, the condo was spotless!! Easy check in! But most of all, the view of the ocean is amazing! We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach front condo

Stayed a few days. Quiet area in Port Orange. Loved the view. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was internet was slow and the lounge chairs being reserved with beach towels then not being used all day. Condo was close to restaurants and grocery store. 20 minute drive to DAB. We look forward to staying again when we visit our daughter at college.

Linda, we appreciate the ease of our stay. We enjoyed the condo and ease of access to the beach. A couple of small issues....Missing some of the slats on the living room blinds, curtains in master bedroom aren't able to close all the way. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it! Thank you.

Birthday trip for fiancee to one of our favorite places!

This was a quick birthday trip for my fiancee to where we go for vacation in the summertime. Her sister and bother in law joined us there so it was like a mid year trip to one of our favorite places. We loved our stay here - we highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again! Plenty of room to lounge about the condo when we weren't out enjoying the Daytona Beach area.
