Steps away from Stetson University and the downtown shops, restaurants and boutiques. 18 miles to Daytona, 24 miles to New Smyrna Beach, 40 miles to Orlando. Often quoted as "The Real Florida", this artsy and historic town offers many fresh clear water springs for kayaking and manatee viewing. The perfect place for a couple and also offers a comfortable fold out couch for 1-2 extra guests. Wonderful outdoor patio and all the comforts of home! Communication with hostess was excellent. Location to sites and shops was perfect. The house was clean, very comfortable for the two of us, and was hard to leave. Everything about our stay at this home was wonderful! The host was super accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The home is cozy and very comfortable.
