Room was dated and you could tell there was smoking in the room in years past. However the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room was considerably more affordable than any other place in Deadwood. Restaurant was friendly and good food! I would stay again

What friendly staff, such a change to be treated like a guest 😊they even had fresh coffee in the morning! The onsite restaurant was a little pricey and on the slow side. To get to the heart of historic downtown they say they offer a shuttle but it was very off schedule and not reliable. We used a cab and it wasn’t too expensive.

We had to move rooms after we had unpacked. Apparently if you have dogs you can’t have a king size bed. Dated but clean except the carpet felt yucky. Limited parking. They also had the doggie bags locked up so you couldn’t clean up after your dog.

Good place to stay

This is our third stay at the Deadwood Miners Hotel. The staff were very friendly and very pleasant. The hotel could use a little sprucing up however it’s a decent hotel for a decent price and good proximity to downtown Deadwood. The Deadwood trolley picks you up pretty much out front and takes you downtown and then drops you off when you’re ready. We would stay here again.

Our room was very clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. Theres a restaurant on site, the food was good but pricey. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
