Nice place to stay in Deadwood SD!

The hotel was old of course and there was a sign by the check-in counter that confirmed “paranormal activities”in the hotel. I found that pretty cool. The food was wonderful, the bed so comfy. Will stay there again for sure!

The sheets had clearly not been changed after the previous guest. The front desk worker was disinterested in waiting on me and not helpful at all. The second attendant that did finally help me was nicer, but kept walking away to assist gamblers in the casino while we waited.

Excellent room- it was huge! Very clean and loved the history of the building. The staff was less than friendly upon arrive and leaving in the morning. I was also unaware of the fact that it was also a casino, so my daughter couldn’t really leave the room.

It’s suppose to be haunted..thankfully we didn’t experience anything lol..although there was a bad storm that came through & the electric went out @ midnight. That was an experience to add to our story. Room was very nice sized with added antiques which I love.
