Located in Deal, Kent, just a short walk away from the town centre, this light and spacious property would suit couples, families or small groups of friends looking for a perfectly located space to spend a relaxing break by the sea. The apartment comes with a parking spot in the car park too.
The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors of 'The Marina.' Please note as access to the apartment is reached via two flights of stairs, this property would not be suited to those with mobility issues.â

Large and modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. Fridge freezer, large gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Enjoy the beautiful views towards Betteshanger Park and the fantastic sunsets from this room.

Large, open plan room with large corner sofa, armchair, 50" TV and six seater dining table. This room overlooks the sea and has a door onto the south facing roof terrance with a table, chairs and loungers. The owners have created a wonderful feeling of relaxation with a choice of cosy seating areas, whether you wish to sit and read a book, watch TV or simply enjoy the breath-taking views!

Parking
There is one allocated parking space in the car park and free on road parking very nearby too.
The 4th floor flat was well appointed with large comfortable rooms. The elevated views south, west and north were expansive and a spectacular feature of the property. The patio is a great asset for fine days.
Parking was adequate, it could be a challenge for a larger vehicle.
As a 4th floor unit there are several flights of stairs to reach it and one in the suite itself - it could be an issue for certain individuals.
Apart from a not working bathroom extractor fan functionality in the flat was good and the supplies covered all the important needs.
All in all a unique and comfortable holiday home.

Only One thing to comment on is lack of blinds in the front room the room is a sun trap in the morning but very blinding

Yes there are quite a number of stairs to the property and some stairs internally but the climb is worth it.
Outside the town centre of Deal but is walkable either along the promenade or along Sandown Rd.
