Located on the 2nd floor, access is by elevator and then stairs to the studio entrance.

This cosy 26 m² studio includes :
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed,
- a night corner with a simple bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a very well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- TV.

Two steps away from the heart of Deauville and 5 min walk from the beach, you will not lack anything to enjoy a nice stay in the charming seaside resort! You will be able to stroll between the various Belle-Epoque villas, try your luck at the casino 10 minutes away, enjoy the market along the port or visit the town's museums. You will also find many bars and restaurants nearby (L'essentiel, La Villa sur la Plage, L'Etage Deauville, ...), as well as the thalassotherapy centre 10 minutes away.
