I stayed at this hotel before when it was the Holiday Inn. I booked again because I liked my room and there was an airport shuttle. I called the hotel to get the shuttle when I arrived at Deer Lake just after 5:15pm. I was told the shuttle wasn't available as it only operated at specific times. I reminded the person I was speaking to that the Expedia website said there was an airport shuttle. There was no indication on the website that the shuttle operated on a limited schedule. I ended up having to pay $20 for a taxi.
