- Pet-friendly, but please do not leave dogs at home to bark
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

*Please note that the entire building is a non-smoking building. You must be at least 50 feet from the building perimeter to smoke.
*Quiet hours are from 10:00PM-8:00AM Sunday-Thursday and from 11:00PM-9:00AM Friday and Saturday. No laundry after 10:00PM.
*Please don't hang towels on the front railings. You can hang them on the back deck :)
*We are above our neighbors so please no running or high heels on the hardwood floors and dogs can't be left home alone if they will bark and disturb the neighbors.
