Just minutes from world-famous Torrey Pines Golf Course and nature preserve, this bright and airy, 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home will help make your vacation unforgettable.

For outdoor enthusiasts, you'll never have to get in your car to access the beach, unique walking trails, or the popular coastal cycling routes. If you're looking for a tranquil and fun-filled getaway, this is the perfect place. This relaxing and coastal casual townhouse is less than 80 yards from the entrance to the iconic Torrey Pines State Beach, and an easy walk to the lagoon, coffee shop, restaurants and convenience store, all located on the same street.

Situated in the beautifully landscaped Sea Point community with amenities galore, this complex includes, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, sand volleyball court, a playground, clubhouse, recreation room and 5 acre private park. The private, attached, 1-car garage provides easy, direct access and lots of space, and eliminates the need for street parking.

It is a 2 level unit, has no neighbors above or below, a balcony off the living area perfect for people-watching, plus completely private, front and back patio areas. A/C, an open fully-equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine (for Vertuo pods), dining area and living room make entertaining a breeze. The lounge area with couch includes an Ultra-HD Smart TV and fast free Wi-Fi and Roku. Bedrooms include 1 king, 2 twins and a twin day-bed with trundle, ideal for families. All linens, bath towels and beach towels are included, hair dryers and ironing board, etc. We provide you with plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, foam surfboard, beach chairs, rolling cooler, large puzzle board and games to help build fun memories of your time here.

Easy access to everything. We are less than 5 minutes from the Del Mar Race track, 10 minutes from beautiful La Jolla, and 30 minutes from downtown, Legoland, Sea World, and San Diego's world-famous Zoo and Wild Animal Park and less than 90 minutes from Disneyland. We love this special location for being so close to the ocean and the beauty you can find in sunset walks on the beach every evening.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was clean, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub the most! We walked to the beach almost everyday to enjoy the sunsets. What stood out most was how family-friendly the property was. Angelica went above and beyond to make our holiday special by providing a small Christmas tree and even some fun activities for the kids. We felt so welcomed! The location was so great. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect beach condo for our family of 4 (ages 20 to 55). The condo was equipped with everything we needed for either a beach day or a day at the condo. Loved having access to tennis rackets and beach chairs and towels! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Angelica was warm and friendly and eager to help. We loved our stay and would re-book in a heartbeat!

This was a perfect place from which to enjoy California. My daughter, granddaughters, and I loved walking to Torrey Pine Beach and down the street to restaurants and coffee. All ll the things we enjoy were close by--Torrey Pines Preserve, Del Mar Beach and shops, La Jolla Shores. The townhouse was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed and more. Usually, I have to go out and buy things but not this time. It was wonderful to have tennis rackets, boogie boards, a surf board, beach towels, and beach chairs to use; the pool and grounds were lovely. What a great spot to spend time with my family!Thanks to our host, Angelica, for the tour and making sure we were comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay in this townhome! Angelica was a wonderful host and checked in on us multiple times during our stay. The home is in a perfect location, just a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants and coffee shop. The home was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the beach wagon, chairs, and toys which made beach days easy and fun! My kids also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. There was plenty of space for my family of five, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Amazing Del Mar / Torrey Pines property steps

The property is right at the bottom of Torrey Pines, steps away from the beach and a short drive away from UCSD - the campus and the various medical centers (easily accessible by I5 or I805). Del Mar is just up the street with plenty of shops and restaurants and La Jolla is a 10mn drive away. The house is very well kept, in a lovely complex with pool, tennis and with easy access to the Torrey Pine preserve. The owner is very focused on making sure guests have an amazing experience and is very responsive. We will definitely consider staying again!

Spectacular Location and Experience!

We just had the most wonderful stay at this lovely property. Literally steps from the beach, walking distance to coffee, wonderful restaurants, and easy access to Torrey Pines, Del Mar, La Jolla and surrounding areas Angelica, the owner, met us for check in and took the time to show the property amenities. The property is well maintained , clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. There was a small glitch with the WiFi on the first night that she jumped on immediately and had fixed by the next morning. I've never worked with a more responsive owner, she was communicative and personable. Looking forward to staying here just as soon as possible! Thank you Angelica!

Wonderful stay in Del Mar

My family (2 kids, 2 adults) had a wonderful stay in Del Mar. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and all the major sites we wanted to visit. Angelica was a great host. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in San Diego!

Family friendly stay at Torrey Pines/Del Mar

The hostess met us at check in and gave us a thorough tour of the property. She made sure to show us the pools, walking trails, and made excellent recommendations for places to eat as well. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was an easy 7 minute walk to Torrey Pines State Beach. There was a wagon, cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, towels
everything you need to take to the beach. This location is close to downtown Del Mar with lots of beautiful shops and fun restaurants. It’s also close to the freeway to access other tourist locations in San Diego. This location is perfect and fit our family of 6 very comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing getaway!

My son’s soccer team made it to nationals and we were going to be playing near by so We knew we wanted a family friendly place, but this exceeded our expectations. There are two really large pools on site along with a beautiful park, a playground tennis courts, and the clubhouse was stocked with a pool table, foosball table and ping-pong for my teenage son, not to mention it’s in walking distance to the beach! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed as well! I definitely recommend staying here for whatever your need is. We will definitely be back.

Amazing location

We were thrilled with the location of the property, only steps from the beach, an amazing coffee shops and restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to Torrey Pines golf courses. Easy parking in the garage, lots of space inside, couldn't have asked for a better set-up for our two week stay, allowed us to work remotely (two stories, could work early without waking up others) and enjoy the beautiful Del Mar area. One of those trips that makes you start looking up real estate opportunities nearby! Will be staying here again on our next trip to San Diego for certain.

Awesome Sun-Drenched Family Fun Experience

Angelica's place is in the perfect location for immediate access to the beach, and Torrey Pines State Park for hiking. It was wonderful to eat breakfast with an ocean view, walk with the kids to the beach, and then spend the afternoons at one of the lovely restaurants nearby.

Amazing location!

We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy, clean and a fantastic location. It had everything we needed and was so convenient to be able to park in the garage. Walking down to the local coffee shop was a highlight! The host was very easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We will be back!

Treasure by the sea

Wow! Such a beautiful property in Del Mar! This was the perfect place to stay for my teenage daughters and myself. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, clean, walk to the ocean, garage, laundry, two gorgeous swimming pools, walk to local coffee shop and restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Del Mar. The owner is beyond gracious and met us at check-in to get us acquainted with the property and amenities. I can't thank her enough for such a relaxing stay in her lovely home. Clean, convenient and perfect location

Perfect location to explore San Diego and the surrounding areas. Less than a five-minute walk to the Torrey Pines beach and short drives to Del Mar, La Jolla, and downtown San Diego. Easy to get north to Carlsbad, Encinitas, etc. as well. The townhome provided great space and all bedrooms were on the same floor. Clean and user friendly. The private community had two pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, and even a park/playground (only open to the neighborhood). The host was a pleasure to work with - hospitable, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable of the area (attractions, restaurants, etc.). We will be back!

Great Find

This was an excellent location within a little community called SeaPoint. Across from Torrey Pines State Park and walking distance to a coffee shop & pizza restaurant. The owner cares very much about her property and was sure to show us how to access the community pools, tennis courts, and more! She was easy to communicate with and the place had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry. Sports equipment in the garage and plenty of extra blankets/pillows for comfort in closets. I would stay here again with my family.

Great location - near the best of San Diego area

This two-level condo is situated in a nice communities with amenities including 2 pools and hot tubs. It is walking distance from the beach and beautiful hikes and walks. You are just minutes from all the great beach towns as well as the city of San Diego. My entire family enjoyed a new adventure each day. We would definitely return.

Great Beach Vacation

This home has everything we needed for a great summer vacation! Located across the street from the Torry Pines beach entrance and fully stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach(towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards); it was easy to spend a day at the beach with the family. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, and pool on the property. The house was clean and bright with amazing ocean views. I hope to stay here again.

Beautiful Southern California Location

We stayed at this property while visiting the area to see my son who just relocated to the San Diego area. This location has to be one of the most scenic in the San Diego area. This property was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. Angelica was a gracious host who was responsive and helpful . The beach was within walking distance as was Torrey Pines Reserve. Beautiful Del Mar also a stone’s throw away. You will not be disappointed with this property or the location. We hope to be back.
