Lovely 3 bedroom condo with pool on Lake Amistad

Come relax with friends and family at this gem of a condo at Rough Canyon on Lake Amistad. It's a first floor unit with covered parking for one vehicle, and a stunning swimming pool. King bed in the master bedroom, and queens in both other bedrooms. Master has it's own bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Enjoy sunsets or sunrises on the patio. Gas grill on the patio. Fishing or lake life is just steps away. Parking available for a boat also in the parking lot.

Great location and pool

We loved our stay. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. The location was right next to the boat ramp (we kayaked). There was plenty of parking. The owners were great in their communication. We recommend!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Our family had a wonderful time and plenty of space. We played the games that were provided. We cooked dinner in the great kitchen with everything provided. Very convenient to boat ramp and having a little store there was nice too. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights. This was perfect get away for my family and friends. Condo is nice and close to the Rough Canyon boat ramp. And swimming pool was perfect for those 100 degree afternoons. We will stay here again.

Fabulous Stay in Excellent Property

We stayed 3 nights in this property. The facility lives up to its advertising. It is spacious. He wa , clean, well-appointed and conveniently located in relation to attractions from Del Rio to Kickapoo Caverns, Seminole Canyon, Devil’s River and Lake Amistad. I also have to give high marks to the host. He was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We will return to this Texas region and will happily book this space again.

Nice place but far from town

This place was nice but was far from town. No lake view, like pics show. It was clean but things around the condo showed some signs of age and wear and tear. Overall ok but will stay closer to town next time.

Great Condo on Lake Amistad

Nice condo for family with close proximity to Amistad, Del Rio, and Seminole Canyon. Limited internet bandwidth, but I think that's just the area. Dish for TV and decent 5G coverage at the house. Great, cold pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Ice machine in the hallway was a great bonus to keep the cooler cold on day trips. Limited cookware, but the grill worked great. Communication with the host was excellent. He checked in with us a few days before to confirm we received the codes and directions, then again day of to let us know we could arrive early. Would happily stay again and would recommend to others.

Fantastic stay at this location. Host was very accommodating, and the condo was gorgeous. Had a great time and would absolutely recommend to anyone. Short drive to the Devil's River State Natural Area, Del Rio, etc.

Hookers 1 stop

Host has great communication. Loved that. The place was clean and had enough room for us. Loved that Hookers 1 Stop was right next to it as we were able get food when we pulled in at night. They even hollered at us when they were closing up to see if we needed anything.

Sadly neglected

The owner was very responsive but the home was very dirty and in need of general maintenance. Kitchen provisions were garage-sale quality and basics like trash bags not provided.

The place is nice. However it could have been cleaner. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and the shower in the master bedroom had hair in it. Also, I was insulted by all the notices about not smoking and stealing things. They list prices for everything that might be taken but then leave a cracked, useless glass nicknack on the side table in the living room. Also the rug in the living room was dirty.
