Alpine Tree proche de l'aéroport de Delhi

Cet hÎtel est situé à 10 minutes de l'aéroport, raison pour laquelle je l'ai choisi étant donné que je devais prendre un vol tÎt le matin. Par contre, il se trouve trÚs éloigné du centre de Delhi. Le quartier est assez populeux et n'offre aucun attrait touristique. La chambre est convenable et assez propre. Il est dommage que le petit déjeuner doit se prendre en chambre, sur une trÚs petite table et que l'établissement ne met pas de salle à disposition.

Deluxe room?

Overpriced (from this site) I think the rates are probably better if you just turn up or book directly with the hotel. We booked a deluxe room for two adults and one twelve year old but were only given one bed. It took a very long time to get a second mattress. Reception staff didn’t have a record of our booking and seemed to find us hilarious. Breakfast is a very strange experience in a windowless room used to store water bottles with a bizarre selection of choices (cold pasta, parathas, empty cornflake dispensing tube, kettles with chai and warm milk in, toast, cold boiled eggs, papaya). Bedroom windows too thick with dirt to see out of, cold shower, no towels provided until requested.

I was overcharged at least four times for this hotel by Expedia. A reputed company like Expedia should not do such business. Initially I was put in Room 201 which was small and had broken and dusty furniture - even the door-knob for the bathroom was broken. The whole room had a terrible smell of smoke. After some shouting I was put in room 206. 206 was of decent size. It had stains in walls, curtain was dirty, tabletops were stained, bathroom, esp. shower stall was filthy, toilet seat was broken and shower-head did not function. Everything looked old and dirty in the room. The central AC could not be controlled. The worst thing was that hot water was not available for 24 hours. It is turned only for a couple of hours in the morning. The water from the tap is yellow - water tank was not cleaned for years. The internet connection was not there in 206 initially. After shouting it was repaired. The breakfast in basement is served very cold and is not very hygienic. Initially the staff does not respond but when shouted at they complied with the request. Overall my stay of 3 days was a bad experience. This type of hotel should not be even listed by Expedia.

I had booked the hotel for my parents. They had a late night connection to catch and they needed a few good hours of rest before a long trip. On arrival there the hotel staff said that they did not have any rooms available at the hotel as they probably had sold it to someone else. They put them up in a place who knows quite a bit away from the hotel. My parents didn’t have a choice as it was only for a few hours.But it sure spoiled their trip and they had to make sure they leave the other place very early as it was in a totally unknown location. Hopefully Expedia takes a notice so that they don’t do this again.

Horrible to sum it up

Had booked this after reading multiple reviews across site for my mom who was travelling alone and needed to board a morning flight from delhi airport. But not only was she made to wait beyond 30 minutes to check in but was then given a room which was in terrible condition. She was once again made to wait while the room was being cleaned. Extremely disappointed !

The worst possible customer service ever!!!

Had 4 hours spare before our international flight and decided to find a hotel to refresh and relax. Booked through Expedia a couple of hours prior. Showed my booking confirmation and did all the check in formalities to be told we have to pay. Explained that it has already been paid and forwarded the confirmation email to the receptionist. However they kept insisting that there is no proof and they haven’t received any confirmation from Expedia. They let us in but was called to go down twice! We were even told it was our problem and to call Expedia to sort it out! That would’ve been a very expensive and unnecessary phone call so we asked the receptionist to call their local contact from Expedia but they refused. We decided to leave since the staff were stressing us out. Even during checkout they’re insisting we haven’t paid, though the confirmation email from Expedia clearly stating the payment was collected by them. We offered to pay so we can leave but was only allowed when our taxi arrived. Worst service ever.

We chose hotel near to airport because after travelling we start feeling tried. Reached early morning to hotel get ready and start exploring places in delhi. Room was as much clean as its shown in photo. Comfortable bed with comfortable linen bed bed sheet helps in good sleep. Nice to stay here, will stay here again if visit to delhi.

We traveled in this hotel as a couple and stay here for 1 day. Room was not so much spacious but still there was big bed and sofa provided for seating. The staff was very courteous.

Short stay at this hotel, had few business meetings alligned for the next day after checkin. It is just on the highway and the plus point is that it is also very near to the Metro Station. i will again book this hotel as will have to attend a conference next month in Feb.

This was a good hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast was ok, and it starts pretty early in the morning, the staff was really nice. I ordered room service and it was good and came promptly. It has free WiFi which works fairly well.
