In this house you will enjoy a relaxing family holiday. In the tastefully decorated living room, an open kitchen with its separate dining area, its three large bedrooms and two bathrooms for six people a lot of space.

The cozy atmosphere in this house (90m²) leaves no wish unfulfilled. The king-size beds in the bedrooms make for a long and restful sleep. For our youngest guests there is plenty of room to set up a Kinderreisebettchen.

In about 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach guarded Riumar.

An ideal meeting place for the whole family is the beautiful generously sized terrace. From here you also have the sunny pool area in view.

The beautiful barbecue is new in winter 2009/2010 and lets the heart beat faster with every grill master. Ample sitting and reclining, a landscaped garden, with its typical of the country selected plants, invite our holiday guests to relax and unwind.

The whole plot has 480sqm size of approx. A car parking space is in front of the house, a weitererdirekt completed on the property.



Equipment:
Fully equipped small inventory, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, stove, toaster and microwave. All television and radio programs received via a satellite dish. In the holiday house guests may use our free Internet access (WLAN) available.

Note: The pool heater can be booked on request (35, - € / week).

Safety:
All windows are barred and fitted with mosquito nets. In addition, the front door and the patio door is equipped with a lockable screen door. The entire property is fenced and all access points are lockable.

In order to enjoy your holiday, please contact Mr. Beck and the service team is on site to answer any questions and diagnose problems available. One call and it will be immediately taken care of everything. Our service also includes regular pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Travel cots and high chairs are available on request for free. If you ever need a buggy, no problem, even these are available free at your disposal.
