Ideally for two people (no smoking inside). Children and pets accepted.
It consists of an open master bedroom with walk-in shower, sink, cupboard, mirror. The "safe" bed allows you to store suitcases and personal belongings under the box spring. The bedding is new and of quality, the pillows are ergonomic with shape memory.
Bathrobes, towels and sheets are provided.
The toilets are separate and closed. The false ceiling has warm light with dimmer. Walls and ceilings are covered with phonic plates, so more privacy.
The living room opens onto a terrace surrounded by green spaces (soon to be white). The view is pleasant and not overlooked for life.
A comfortable "rapido" sofa is used for extra sleeping. It faces the American kitchen. The television is integrated and connected to Wifi.
Household appliances: Fridge-freezer, washer / dryer combi, dishwasher, multi-function oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine. New and design devices for fondue and raclette (Lagrange).
Ski locker and a private, covered parking space.

The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the "Princesse" gondola at the entrance to Megève-Demi-Quartier (free parking with 900 spaces). There are free shuttles to reach the different lifts of the station. Bus stop 5 minutes walk. You are a 15-minute walk from the center of Megève and a 5-minute walk from the Casino supermarket (Rond-point Demi-Quartier) open 7 days a week.
Average estimate: 1050.00 euros per week.
Priority will be given to a single family wishing to rent the apartment for the entire winter season From Sunday, January 5 until the end of April.
