This newly renovated 2-story, 3-bedroom,  1 ¾-bath country style cabin is the perfect family vacation retreat!  The first floor features an open floor plan living and dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a dishwasher, one bedroom with one king size bed, and one full bath.  A utility closet includes a stack washer and dryer.  The back door leads to a new deck..perfect for lounging, picnicking and Bbq'ing, and a covered outdoor Hot Tub!  Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals an all new ¾-bath, flanked by one bedroom with one queen size bed and one set of standard sized bunk beds plus a nice walk-out balcony, and a second bedroom with two queen size beds.  This pet friendly and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10-persons (enforced Maximum Occupancy!).



Former Guests may recognize this cabin as our old Cabin #9…a family favorite.  The new owner is really stepping-up with numerous upgrades, making this cabin an even more enjoyable family experience.  You’ll be thrilled with the upgrades!

Please Note:  Wifi service is now available to our area, and provided Free Of Charge for Guest use.  Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the Free Wifi Service fails to function properly.  

Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! Summer Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. Winter Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
