It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.

Stressful!

We were told nobody would be able to meet us at the property to greet us and give us the keys - we had to get a taxi ride to the next town to collect them. We were then told we would have to return them to the next town also. When trying to communicate with the team looking after these villas for them to arrange us a taxi it never arrived. No apology or acknowledgment from the team that this was a stressful end to our holiday. The area is very limited with only a few bars / restaurants and no night life to enjoy in the evening. The villa was clean enough overall, but the kitchen needed cleaning before we used it. The pool area was very run down and need of a refurb and was completely overlooked by the flats next to us. Wouldn’t go back I’m afraid and was a disappointing holiday for us all.

Villa estupenda a pocos pasos de la playa

La villa esta fenomenal, es pequeñita pero tiene de todo. Buscabamos cercania a la playa y desde la villa sale un caminito que lleva directo a la playa. La piscina muy cuidada. Destacar la comodidad del colchon de la habitación superior. El sofa, muy incomodo y algo viejo. Un cambio no vendria mal. El cesped del jardín algo descuidado. No hay persianas ni cortinas opacas en la habitación superior, por lo que te despiertas en cuanto amanece. Estaría bien que valoraran poner persianas o cortinas opacas en dicha habitación.

El estado de conservación de la casa es muy bueno. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio. La piscina bien mantenida. Y todo ha funcionado correctamente. Sería muy valorable que tuvieran algo más de espacio para aparcar y poder meter dos coches, aunque tal y como está construido ya es difícil de conseguir. Que te entregaran/recogieran las llaves en la vivienda y no tener que desplazarte 10 min para ello.

En definitiva la casa en sí está bastante bien, con una piscina perfecta para pasártelo bien, lo único para los q tenemos problemas de cadera la escalera preferiría de obra. Entorno tranquilo a poca distancia de la playa y con restaurantes cerca. Una barandilla en la pared para la escalera vendría muy bien. El césped o cuidarlo mejor o ponerlo artificial. Los mosquitos no los podéis quitar…..

Muy bien pero con algunas mejoras muy necesarias.

La situación, espacioso..... El dormitorio de arriba necesita persianas o unas cortinas opacas, entra mucha luz por la mañana desde muy temprano haciendo difícil dormir. Un frigorífico un poco mejor, el que hay enfría lo justo. Fundas de colchones más ajustadas y con menos plástico, provocan mucho calor. Mejorar la señal de wifi.
