Booking process was straight forward. Concha was pro active in contacting us about arrival time. Met Pedro at apartment at exact time we said to get keys. He showed us the parking space (underground) & then up to the apartment. Apartment lovely, had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Central aircon was lovely, one remote for living room & both bedrooms.2 bedrooms (one double bed & one with twin beds), both had wardrobes & storage space.2 bathrooms (1 which was en-suite).Had a TV in living room but never used it.Kitchen & utility room had all you need (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc). Has a clothes airer & pegs.Big balcony front & back. Front balcony down about 5 stairs & you're at the pool. Lots of sunbathing areas with grass & shaded parts.The pool (a baby pool separated by stepping stones to the big pool) was warm as there was a heatwave end of July 2026.There is a small play ground (never used).Ideally located 5 minutes to a beach, shops & restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the castle & main areas. Denia is a lovely place. We had an amazing 8 nights here in this apartment & will be looking to book again in the future. Thank you.
