We stayed at the Breakers South. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was very nice and what we wanted. The unit was small with a two person jetted bath tub in the same room as the kitchen table. The building was old and the carpet should probably be replaced. Even though we had access to the amenities at the Sounding I would not say we stayed at a Resord.

Great pool and cute beach. The room inside had plenty of towels and was very clean. Shower needed fixing. Ring that controls the shower was broken. We were on the first floor and had a herd of elephants above us. Heard everything! Squeaky doors everywhere. Our room had a whirlpool tub next to the dining room table.Not sure why.LOL!! Kitchen was spotless and looked new. Beautiful view of the pool and water.

Nice place, needs cleaning.

Nice place. Heard it was recently bought out by Hilton Grand Vacations. When we got into our room we immediately noticed black mold around the air vent. They clearly shut off the AC when the rooms are not occupied which is an issue hence the mold. Needs to be handled for future guests especially with little ones.

Great property and location. Only negative is we had a two floor loft and the second floor did not have an AC unit. Luckily during our stay there were cool nights. Had to sleep with 2 fans

The property itself wasn’t bad. It was confusing finding where the lobby was. I didn’t like that they didn’t offer room service. I didn’t realize that before booking and when we arrived, the bed was made, but when we pulled the sheet back, the bed was full of sand from whoever was there previously, it just wasn’t clean property and the sheet had a stain on it. The showerhead kept falling the kind of showerhead that they had was odd and it just didn’t stay up so we had to hold it to take a shower. Other than that no other complaints really.

It was memorial weekend and the pool was not opened and it was very dirty so didn’t look like it would been open soon. They kept saying tomorrow. Had to walk on the street with my elderly mother to go to other buildings street which was an inconvenience. White socks were dirty from walking around our rooms. Was disappointed overall and I’ve been here numerous times

It was a very nicely arranged suite; however, I feel strongly the sheets were not changed. One side of the bed was neat and smooth. The other was wrinkled and messy as if someone had slept there and the sheets were just bearly smoothed out and the blankets pulled up. I did not complain and just slept with my own pillow and blanket.
