This was a true “get what you pay for” property. It was a low price for a summer weekend on the cape, and the quality reflected that. The bed sheets did not feel clean, there were a few rips and tears in them along with hair that was not mine. The shower had a shower mat that was covered in mold and I had to wear flip flops in the shower. I had planned to work from the property but the abutting neighbor was using a table saw all day so was not able to. The owner was not accessible through phone, only responded in the app (fine). I did not want issues fixed, just wanted to end my trip early. After some difficult back and forth with the owner and some great assistance from the VRBO team I ended up getting (partially) refunded. Beware when booking this space!

Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us!

This little unit was exactly as advertised. It was spotless and I appreciated the beach towels, beach chair and beach umbrella, although the weather did not cooperate. It was easy walking distance from the beaches and also to some delicious restaurants. I did miss having a view from the unit, but I also appreciated the small patio space where I sat under the umbrella and did some work. Also an excellent location if you have a paddle board or kayak. I also appreciated the abundance of paper towels, tp, coffee and coffee filters. Neill was readily available by text and quickly responded to any questions. Thanks, Neill!

Two Nights

There are multiple units in this building and buildings across the street. Nice kitchen, well stocked with appliances and accessories. Private back patio with grill. Near beaches are walking distance. Not exactly romantic, but clean and well located. No soap or shampoo provided, bring your own. Our room and bathroom were adequate, but a bit small.

Great stay for a great price!

Really great stay! This was our first trip with our baby (3 months). We brought a portable bassinet and the place to was just perfect for the three of us. You can tell thought was put into putting the VRBO together. Responsive and friendly host.

Lovely property - walkable to beaches!

The property was quaint, cozy, and clean. I liked the outdoor patio and having a kitchen available. The best part about this property is the location - walk to local beaches or a very short drive. Cute restaurants and bakeries in the area. I'd definitely book this rental again. Great value for price.

Great Stay!

Unit was perfect for two person, week stay on the Cape! Location was perfect walking / short short driving distance to several beaches in the area. Along w/ this, owner provided a binder with information about the area including local beaches, restaurants, and FAQs. Owner answered our questions promptly. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice condo for two.

Good location, clean, everything you need for a great vacation. The host, Neill, is very friendly and quick to answer our questions. We appreciated that everything was available in the condo: the kitchen, terrace, etc. It was a pleasant week in a quiet neighborhood near the beach.

Fabulous Fourth!

Absolutely loved our stay!! Neill was communicative and a gracious host. The space was clean and we had plenty of towels/supplies. We were able to walk to the beach, grill on the back porch and try great food. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend a stay at Neill’s.

A great place!

The location, price, cleanliness all make this a perfect place to stay for 1 or 2 people. All utensils, linens, towels, dishes, etc. are there - there are no worries when you stay here. We travel a lot and this was one of the best values we have ever had. The owner, Neill, is very good at communication and hospitality. I recommend in the highest possible terms.

Outstanding experience

My fiancĂ© and I planned a last minute trip to the Cape for his birthday . We walked into a beautiful studio. Neil our host was extremely accommodating. We had fresh lilacs on the kitchen table with a bottle of champagne and salt water taffy which we indulged in 😉 Shops and restaurants were close by and a walk to the beach. We recommend this place to anyone who would like a nice quiet area with wonderful service from your host.
