The place has it all: dog friendly, semi-private beach, small grass areas beachside for when you don’t want sand everywhere, pool, poolside bar/cafe, outdoor private patios and balconies. Staff was extremely warm and friendly. Was the perfect place for a surprise engagement weekend for my lady and our pup.

We loved our stay! We are new to the Cape and did not know that many of the beaches cost money to park and go to. Therefore, having direct beach access and chairs/umbrellas was amazing. I will mention they do not provide beach towels, however, which is important to know for planning. The food/drink options were also very convenient and Dennis Port is a great, central location.

We decided to get away during the off season and this was a great choice. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Most of the rooms on the second floor have a pretty good view of the ocean, but for the best view and room ask for room 114. We will definitely stay here again.
