Enjoy your morning coffee in the bright and inviting living room or the sunny dining room that has windows on three sides. Very roomy first floor master with sliders to deck. Second floor has two spacious bedrooms and second full bath for extra guests. Easy access to several southside beaches, popular downtown Dennis Port with its shops and great restaurants! It is also next-door to Swan River Seafood, which is a delicious convenience. The house is very well stocked with all the essentials. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, however the upstairs mattress and upstairs bathroom need upgrading.

Bird watcher's paradise

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view were perfect for our group! Kayaking, paddleboarding & swimming were right there @ Swan River. Watching the herons, egrets, songbirds and ospreys was riveting, as well. We could walk to Swan River Seafood Restaurant; Kream & Kone and Sundae School were also nearby. The property description was accurate, and we particularly enjoyed the wrap-around deck & the dining room surrounded by windows. Some maintenance (or replacement) needs to be done on every screen door and a bar under the recliner is broken (causing it to tip to the right when reclined). The shower stall upstairs is spongey & creaky, making us wonder if there's water damage underneath. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated plenty of hot water for showers post beach (there was no place to hang wet suits or towels, though). More information about the property would have been helpful when we lost power late 1 night and had no idea who to call (Eversource).

We enjoyed watching the Osprey, Herons and Gulls.Our recommendation would be to invest in smart tv’s and more comfortable outdoor seating. Other than that the house is a Cape treasure!

The only thing I would add would be an outdoor clothes rack to hang wet bathing suits and beach towels. The view of the Marsh and beach was lovely. Hope to stay again .
