Clean, modern, exceptional service!

We came for a Valentine's Day weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay! Service was excellent, room comfortable, clean and renovated. The woman who checked us in was exceptional in her customer service and check-in was a breeze! Of note is that they do require a $50 deposit; I wish this were disclosed in a more transparent way upon reservation but this did not affect our experience here and we would highly recommend staying here! Thanks so much for outstanding service! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!!

DON’T STAY HERE. The property is under construction which you could only know by looking under policies. I asked to be able to cancel part of my reservation due to renovation and they flat out refused. The entire bottom floor is being renovated. The 4th floor is supposedly done being renovated but it doesn’t look any better than the 1st floor. There are holes and cables every where. There are homeless people that are getting in because it’s cold outside. I get that people need to stay warm but I’m adding this warning for people who need to feel safe. The best part of the entire hotel is the cleaning staff who do try to keep it clean and the breakfast. The breakfast is why I even booked in the first place.

Disappointing Stay

Hotel is under construction. Workers and painters everywhere. Pool area smells like mildew. Door to get into pool malfunctions, couldn’t get out one night. Beds are small. Double beds do not accommodate 2 normal sized adults.

Don’t fall for the pictures.

Photos are better than actual room. Smelled like a lot of smoke. Head boards were dirty, bed frame a lot bigger than the beds! The beds were not queen sized beds as mentioned in the description they were full sized.There was a huge hole in the restroom ceiling. The T.V didn’t work would turn off on its own and then stoped turning on. The building is under construction.
