Did Not Knock came right In..
Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe Guy who checked me in was great, the parking cost me $10 to park there. Then we get into our room and while my wife was using the restroom the maintenance guy just walked in our room didn’t knock I was in my towel and my wife was using bathroom . Walked right in and when I stopped him from walking in bathroom. He got mad and didn’t believe me when I said I checked in. He then stood right there and called to verify that I was supposed to be there. In my towel. Then he said well I’m just putting these stickers on the mirror in bathroom and walked into the bathroom while my wife was in there. We went to front desk and spoke to the woman that was there now and she did not care if he did what he did and just said I’ll tell the manager, very rude. We packed up our stuff and without a sorry or a refund from the Hotel we left. We will be speaking to a lawyer . Was excited to stay there until the intruder maintenance guy and rude front desk person…..besides that the rooms were cool for the couple hours we were there. .

Hallways stink!
Publié le 8 févr. 2024 sur HotelsOur group (6 rooms) stayed there 5 years ago and loved it. We were very disappointed with our recent experince there. It was run down and wreaked of curry in the hallways. We won't go back!
