This home features three charming bedrooms spread over two floors, each outfitted with new mattresses and thoughtfully-chosen decor to ensure the utmost comfort.

There are two bedrooms located on the upper level. The primary bedroom has a plush king-sized bed and a spacious walk-in closet so you can unpack your belongings and feel at home. A desk and chair in this room provide a designated workspace in case you need to get out your laptop and do some work during your stay. If not, this table doubles as a handy makeup vanity! This spacious bedroom has direct access to a Jack n’ Jill style bathroom that also connects to the hallway. This bathroom features a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.

The second bedroom on the upper level features a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is downstairs and is also furnished with a comfy queen-sized bed. You’ll find the second full bathroom with a walk-in shower next to this bedroom. Both of the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. You’ll also find a washer and dryer discreetly tucked behind a white curtain so that you can keep your clothes clean for the entirety of your stay.

There’s a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed located in the living room to accommodate any additional guests.

The open-concept kitchen and dining spaces are filled with natural light and offer a lovely atmosphere for making memories with friends and family. The full kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you need to cook delicious meals during your stay.

Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which seats 8 to 10 people, or head outside for an alfresco meal in the lovely backyard. Once you’ve eaten, relax in the elegant lounge next to the dining area while you make plans for your next adventure in Colorado. A lovely floral mural and comfy couch and armchairs make this a nice place to hang out.

There’s a second lounge located on the lower level with a Smart TV. Pick your favorite spot on the huge, cozy sectional couch and settle in for a movie night. Stream something on the complimentary Netflix account, or log into another service of your choice using your account. The high-speed wifi ensures you can stream without any worries about interruptions.

Step out into the backyard and enjoy some fresh air. You’ll find plenty of comfortable outdoor seating available on the back deck, including a swaying egg chair that offers the perfect place to curl up with a good book.

Other Details to Note:
1) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the hosts during your stay.
2) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise at a minimum, especially outside. Home is on a quiet street and should be treated as such.
3) Tobacco products and cannabis are allowed on the back deck ONLY and all Colorado laws must be obeyed. Any smoking odor in the home will result in an $1,000 fine.
4) No parties and no more than 12 people on the property at any given time. Overnight guest count that exceeds 8 must be approved prior to stay.
5) We list as pet-friendly, but dogs only please. An $100 additional cleaning fee per dog will be requested and must be paid for prior to stay, two dog maximum. Dog(s) must be house trained, well behaved, and kept off the furniture when possible. Please do not let your dog(s) bark outside of the home, and you are responsible for any and all damage caused. If pets are discovered in the home during or after your stay without prior approval or paid for, a $200 pet fee will be required.
6) The fire pit is propane powered. Three propane tanks are provided, though their fullness level is not guaranteed. Propane tanks, when empty, can be exchanged for full tanks at Walmart, Home Depot, or anywhere with a tank exchange program. Please message me your receipt and I will reimburse.
7) Refunds are not given after the free cancellation period based on inclement weather.
8) Please note: crib listed is a foldable pack 'n' play. Highchair listed is foldable. It is guests' responsibility to check baby items are in working order before use. Hosts do not check items after every stay and therefore cannot guarantee safety.

Great Stay!

This was my bf and I first vacation together, and it couldn’t have been better. The location for this home was great, and we felt safe walking our dog around. I think the home is better than the pictures. It’s walking distance to food and a great little park with a lake. Kylie was great, so thank you for opening up your home to us Texans.

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Kylie and Phil are very responsive and helpful with any questions. The deck was a favorite of the family. You could always find someone there relaxing. Next time we visit we’ll definitely stay here if it’s available.

Red Rocks Concert

Property and neighborhood were great. If it were up to me I would replace the nest thermostat with something more idiot proof. The thermostat is programmed to turn off in the middle of the night and you have to set a schedule for it to come on just after it shuts off or it gets hot. We figured it out and the air works great.

Very nice home

Very nice home in a nice neighborhood. Conveniently located close to Denver and Golden. Home had everything we needed and there was good communication with the property owners. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains to basement bedroom. Not an issue if you want an early start, but would be nice to have after a late night
