Great house close to Denver

We loved our stay at this property. The views of the mountains from the backyard were great, the neighborhood was quite and safe, and it was close to Denver. (it only took us 25 min to get to Coors Field, 30 min from the Denver Airport). The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed, I especially loved the screened in porch in the back. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked with everything you need for cooking/preparing meals (several grocery stores are close by as well). The house is bigger than it looks from the outside, and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The owner was very responsive and the check-in process was one of the easiest I have experienced with VRBO. There is a really nice park within walking distance, as well as several state parks and other points of interest. If we are in the area in the future, I would definitely book this property again.

Great Location

We had no issues with checking in or out. Elizabeth was very responsive. We loved that they had a Christmas tree in the family room for the holidays. The house looks small from the outside, but is in fact very spacious. We had plenty of room and everything was very clean. Our kids loved playing with the foosball table in the basement. The neighborhood felt very safe. Paved and dirt running trails with great mountain views are within a mile of the house. DeKoevend Park is down the road with a large playground and basketball court, which our kids really enjoyed. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants very close by. We were able to get to all of our destinations easily with C-470 and I-25 within close proximity. Overall,we had a great stay and really enjoyed the home.

Family gathering to celebrate birthday

Our host was very helpful and quick to answer a few questions prior to our stay and once while on site. This home provided ample room and areas to visit & relax for 5 adults. There is a quiet & nice desk area for anyone needing to work. The kitchen is good size, with a counter area for setting food or perching on a stool for expanded seating. The porch was nice at cooler times of day, and a nice place for some quiet time. The location was very convenient to many places. We all felt very at home and would recommend this property.

Unassuming Exterior but Gorgeous Interior

My husband, adult son, daughter and I stayed for a couple of nights here. We walked inside and felt like we had just walked into a brand new home. The sunporch looked inviting, unfortunately we were there when Denver was experiencing 100 deg days. We had my brother, his wife and adult son over to play cardgames and easily all fit around the dining room table. The fooseball downstairs was other bit of added fun. On Monday morning, my husband was able to use the desk in the study for his online meeting. We will definitely put this on our favorites list!

Thanksgiving with family

This property worked well for our Thanksgiving plans this year. To be honest we didn't spend a lot of time at the property but it served our needs due to the 4 bedrooms and proximity to family in Highlands Ranch. The check in and check out was super easy. Elizabeth was very good with all communications. The property was also very clean and having access to a garage to park our car was very helpful since it snowed while we were there.
