New management! Previously 5-star rating 18 reviews. Our updated stylish garden-level unit offers everything you need for a cozy and welcoming stay in Denver! Perfect for solo travelers or couples, our thoughtfully designed space is a short walk (or 2-min drive) from Tennyson Street, with its restaurants, bars, and shops. For evenings nearby, Rocky Top Tavern and Goldspot Brewery are just a 2-minute walk away. Regis University is only two blocks away, making our unit ideal for those visiting!

The space
Our newly updated 2/1 garden-level unit blends style and comfort effortlessly. Enjoy the modern decor featuring a West Elm sofa and Fire TVs in each bedroom and the living room, ensuring a homely ambiance. The kitchenette includes everything necessary for preparing simple meals, with a hot plate, toaster oven, and a coffee station to start your mornings smoothly.

Outside:
Step into your private backyard oasis, outfitted with cozy patio seating, a cornhole set for entertainment, and a BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking needs. Just a 2-minute stroll will take you to a nearby brewery and restaurant, perfect for an easy night out in Denver. For those evenings when you wish to explore, a 10-minute walk brings you to the bustling Tennyson Street, packed with bars, restaurants, and shops!

Guest access
The entire unit, parking space, and backyard is for your use.

Other things to note
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED. This rule is strictly enforced.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance starting at 10 PM. Please bring all noise indoors after this time. This is a family neighborhood, so we ask that you be respectful of our neighbors.

Please note: This space is a garden-level unit with its own private backyard and private access. The owners live above on the main floor. You will hear footsteps from above, but we have provided noise machines for those sensitive to sounds. Every other Tuesday, the owners need to access the hose-bib/water valve in the backyard on the guest side (no indoor access required).

Pets:
Dogs are welcome! There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee for your stay ($50 extra for a 2nd dog). 2 dog maximum.

Heat:
The heating controls are located upstairs, so you won't have direct access to them. We will maintain a comfortable temperature during your stay, but if you need adjustments, please send us a message. Each bedroom closet has space heaters and portable fans for your convenience. There is no AC in the unit.

Security Cameras:
There is a security camera installed by the owners' private entrance only; there are no cameras on the guest side.

Childproofing:
Please be aware that this house has not been specifically childproofed. Guests accept any risk of harm to children or infants on the property.

Travel Insurance/Cancellations:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through your airline, car rental company, or travel insurance website. We cannot offer refunds outside of our cancellation policy, including date change requests. No refunds will be given for travel issues not covered under Airbnb's policy. Please review the cancellation policy found under your reservation.

One of the best VRBO spots we’ve ever visited! Here are 10 reasons to book here! 1.Friendly, and Great Communicators2. Amazingly clear, high quality TV’s (Living Room, and both BR’s) along with sweet soundbar and sub in the Living Room. 3. Separate overhead lighting (dimmers) for living room, kitchen, laundry room, along with bedside lighting in both bedrooms.4. Nice round table/4 chairs in the kitchen, along w/Fridge/freezer, and (loaded). Also a Microwave and Small electric grill. A Keurig/Coffeemaker, and all the silverware, dishes, and cups one needs.5. A Wiytamo Portable Air Conditioner/Heater6. Clean air machine, and 2 iLukodu tower fans.7. A full-sized washing machine and dryer.8. 2 Large Bedrooms, one with a King, one with a Queen bed9. Short stairway and Stair lights to outside yard. Outdoor grill, along with a Table and chairs, cornhole game, and plenty of space to socialize.10. This home was so cozy, they had everything styled beautifully but very comfortable. Super cute private back yard and I loved the coffee bar. The neighborhood was in a perfect location for us. Great communication with the owner and she was very helpful. We dont have infants but they had everything if you do travel with babies, super thoughtful hosts.

This VRBO was one of the best I have stayed in. We travelled with our pups and two teenagers. The fenced in backyard made everything so much easier for the dogs. Everything was accurate in the listing and communication was great. Very clean. Super close to Tennyson St which has tons of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable space with nicest management

This is a thoughtfully converted space in the adorable Berkley neighborhood about a 10 min walk or so from the shops and restaurants area on Tennyson. We enjoyed walking our dog down to Tennyson almost every day of our stay. The property manager stayed in touch via text and made us feel very welcome and was super responsive any time we had a question. The space was lovely, very clean and had all that we needed for a weeklong stay. We would return to this property if available for our next Denver trip.

Perfect spot to rest our heads

The space was perfect for our needs. My kids loved the neon light in their room. Lots of space for us to stretch out a bit after a day of outdoor activities. Not too far off the main drag so easy to get to and easy to find. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

An Amazing Stay!!!

Wow! This was my very first time visiting Denver and this was by far the best apartment I could stay in. From the beginning of booking, Casey was excellent with communication - answering all my questions and concerns. Everything was exceptionally clean, looked exactly like the pictures with nice comfortable beds. They even had extra heaters, blankets, and snacks when I first arrived which I appreciated! Casey really took the time to make sure I was comfortable, attentive, even going out her way to fix the TV for me. I'm grateful for staying here, it was a perfect choice indeed. The only cons I had was that they do have a cat that meows from time to time which I wasn't aware of and I do wish they had a peep hole to see who's outside the door. Other than that, I highly recommend you choosing this spot.

Perfect HQ in Denver

This was the perfect little headquarters to have in the Denver area, the Tennyson Street strip is very walkable and has so many fun restaurants and brewery's to explore, and everywhere you'd want to visit in the city is a quick drive away. The house is stylish, comfortable, and clean, and its hosts provide everything you'd need from local recommendations to snacks and coffee. Lovely stay.
