Not sure what to say about this property other than most of the ad is a bold-faced untruth!This is a mobile home in a mobile home park on the not-so-great end of town. Yes, it is walking distance to a local attraction, but it is NOT in a great area.It does NOT sleep 10. There are three king beds and 2 TVs. There is a couch in the living room. In the middle bedroom, the bed is crammed in so close that you cannot open the closet door.There is NO central air. There is, however, a mobile AC unit that puts the exhaust out the window. And a large fan. Thankfully, we brought our fans and had to purchase more, as it was in the upper 90s all last week. Too hot to open the windows and too hot inside not to have the air moving. The ad specifically states there is a washer/dryer. This is a LIE. There are two bathrooms. One only has a shower, which lacks a handle on the shower door or a mechanism to seal the door shut. It is also the size of an Amazon box, making it difficult to keep water inside with a door that does not seal. The 2nd bathroom is tiny but does have a Tub/Shower combo.Let's talk about outside.... The ad specifically states there is room for three cars. That is not necessarily a lie. Parking is a single-wide, more extended driveway with about 5 feet of covered space at the very top.However, there is NO street parking, as the ad statesSave your money, this is overpriced, over-advertised, and other properties in this price point are nicer.
