A third bedroom on this floor includes 1 double bed and benefits from its own private shower and WC. A large kitchen serves this level, fitted with an oven, 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a freezer, along with a dining table for shared meals. This floor also features a separate shower room with bidet and WC, and a further exit to the balcony.

The upper floor mirrors the generous proportions of the ground level and features a large living room with a dining table and satellite television, also with access to a balcony. The fourth bedroom contains 1 double bed, the fifth bedroom is furnished with 1 single bed and 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2, and the sixth bedroom includes 1 double bed with its own private shower and WC.
