For the rates charged this was by far one of the worst places ive stayed & i travel alot & have stayed in some questionable places. The sewer gas smell is horrible. The cold water faucet for the hot tub literally came off, hot tub didnt work anyway so didnt matter. Pillowcases & sheets were dirty. Unless this is last resort i wouldnt recommend.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was just too hard, and my lower back paid for it the next day.Clean but lighting is also very dim in the room. Felt it was overpriced for the presentation.

Noticed stale smell when checked in. Left the room for dinner, returned, and when unpacking noticed black stuff on AC vent, which appears to be mold(?). Stain on ceiling appears to be the same. Staff says hotel totally booked tonight and can’t offer alternate room. Will request compensation.

The room I booked online listed 2 king beds and a jetted tub. When we arrived, we were told that none of the rooms with jetted tubs had 2 king beds. I told the manager they should correct this with Hotels.com. Aside from this, the whirlpool tub and room were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I came in to check in booked through Expedia there was a confusion on how many people were staying but the staff member a nice guy I apologize I forgot his name but he accommodated us and took care of us I appreciate that I would recommend this place

We had stayed in this property several years ago, I had said I would never stay again. Management is poor and quite rude. Room was poor, paint peeling, mattress was in very poor condition, carpet had large stains. The hot tube still is not working, as was the case several years ago it is roped off. While swimming there were no lights on in the pool area, then there was a bright flash & loud boom from the mechanical room, not comforting. NEVER AGAIN. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.
