We checked in to 2 rooms and upon entering the 2nd room, it was not clean. When we called down, she apologized, and said she would get it clean. FOUR hours later, it was still not cleaned and we were told that housekeeping staff was gone for the day. Finally around 6pm we were given a different room.

Our Stay Checked all the Boxes

We were very pleased with our room, the staff, the breakfast and the other patrons! Price was right, too. Spending the night here before opening day of The Fair allowed us to arrive significantly earlier than we otherwise would, and we were well-rested, to boot. Big win!

After l called to cancel the reservation because of flight cancelations, l was assured by the desk associate that all was well and noted. When the manager of this hotel was contacted by Expedia to confirm my cancelation, Mr Paulouk lied and said l had not canceled. I have the phone records to prove my calls, plus the refunds for the room . When l contacted Mr. Paulouk personally, he called me a liar and refused to right his wrong. I am out $ $265.00 in reward cash because of his dishonesty. I am very disappointed in the unprofessional and disrespectful disregard this person/management /establishment has demonstrated.

This property was well-maintained and immaculate. The rooms were spotless and the service was excellent. The only issue I encountered was a musty odor in the hallways that gave the building an “old” smell. Overall, however, my stay was excellent and I would gladly return if I’m in the area again.

Easy to find and park. We stayed 2 nights and about 9:30am the first morning housekeeping knocked and then entered without me opening the door. I was so surprised that I said no we don’t want anything. This was briefly reported to front desk.
