I’m honestly surprised that some people left good reviews about this place. Sure, the price is cheap, but even at this rate, it doesn’t justify getting a hotel room that smells terrible with an air conditioner that’s unbearably loud. On top of that, the room is damp, the carpet is dirty, and when you step on it, it even feels slightly wet. I had to buy an air freshener just to make the smell more bearable. I can’t wait to check out because it’s that uncomfortable. My suggestion: since the service is fine, it would be much better to improve the property so it’s at least decent—and at the very least, not smelly. Oh, and the door has holes, and the towels have turned yellow instead of being white.

The people working behind the desk were the rudest people I have ever dealt with in a hotel. There was a coffee maker in the room and I asked for coffee in order to use the maker and the man behind the desk said only two cups no more. Then when I said it was only decaf he told yelled no more coffee and what I have is what I get. If I don’t like it I can leave and there is no refund on my room I should read what I signed. Then he yelled at the lady that was behind me checking in. It really is to bad because the hotel it self was nice but the staff is the absolute worst. The breakfast was waffles and that was it because the staff said they were not putting anything else out because they always end up wasting food.

Bathroom not cleaned toilet was dirty. Ice bucket was dirty. Stuff on the walls. Hadn't been cleaned very good. Door doesnt close all the way. Key cards almost never work takes over 5 mins to get into room.

A man was laying outside drunk, odd people staying, and police drive through the area a couple of times. The staff was fantastic, but I felt uncomfortable.
