Modern apartment fitted with all amenities in a residential complex with shared pool, in Desenzano del Garda.



The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, welcomes guests onto the bright living room which features a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen well equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an American coffee machine. A large French window gives access to the terrace of the apartment, furnished with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing in the open air after a day spent discovering the beauties of the lake. The cozy bedroom is provided with a queen-size bed and two nightstands with lamps. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.



The air conditioning throughout the accommodation, the heat pump for colder days and the free wi-fi will be at guests’ disposal.



*The shared pool is available from the 15st of June to the 30th of September.

Guests can benefit from the public parking near the accommodation; from here it will be possible to reach the accommodation in about 10 minutes via a footpath.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.

In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.



The apartment is located 10 minutes away by car from the Desenzano railway station and about 30 km from Verona airport.
