- There is an optional pool heat fee of $100/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). For stays over 30 nights, please refer to the lease
-Spa heating is included for stays of 7 days or less. For stays over 7 days, an optional spa heat fee of $100/night applies. For stays over 30 nights, please refer to the lease agreement for pool and spa heating.
- Pool heat must be requested at least 24 hours in advance for the pool to be heated for your stay. It will be heated to 83 degrees
- If you need the spa to be heated, please reach out to the guest contact before your check-in to request it. Spa heating is included for stays of 7 days or less
- Spa heat will be set between 98 and 104 degrees
- The pool and spa operate on a shared heating system; when the pool heat is active, the spa will maintain the same temperature as the pool. The spa heat and jets are unavailable when the pool heat is on
- Lease agreement needs to be signed for 30 days or longer stays
- Garage access for 2 vehicles is available for guests staying 30+ days with a lease
- The pool and spa operate on a timer from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM
- There is a dirt access road leading up to the property
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the back of the home facing the pool and hot tub, 1 camera is located on the left side of the home facing the yard and patio, 1 camera is located at the front of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera is located in the doorbell facing the front entrance, and 1 camera is located on the right side of the home facing the front of the house, the pool, and the hot tub pump. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video while guests are in residence
