This ground floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico has sweeping views, and your own patio so you can walk right out to the white sandy beach! At 840 square feet, you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile & luxury plank flooring thru out the unit with tile in the bathrooms, a living/dining room looking right out to your patio, a fully equipped, updated kitchen with granite counter tops, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. | This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

This was one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Staff was friendly and helpful. The condo was nice and clean and very welcoming. We can't wait to return.

We basically hand washed which was not a major issue. Love the layout of condo, the furnishings & the location. Look forward to next year.

The showers in both bathrooms were beautiful and clean, the only issue the water pressure in the shower off the bedroom suite having no pressure, ended up taking all showers in the hallway bath. Should be a minor fix for the next guess, either has a restriction or needs a head with more GPM flow, but the hall shower was great.

We walked to The Back Porch for dinner on our first night. The beach chairs and umbrellas were set up bright and early every morning. There were plenty of chairs. 102 has a perfect beach view and just steps down to the beach. It was a lovely time and highly recommend.

Love the updates, especially the separate island in the kitchen and having two full bathrooms...great with having kids! Can't beat the view either, we will be back soon. Some of our favorite restaurants/places to visit include: Harbor Walk, Pompano Joe's, Lulu's, **** Trap and Back Porch. Breakfast at the Donut Hole is a must!! Hoping to try a couple new places out the next time we are there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was BEAUTIFUL! But, our neighbors brought 3 dogs.. they barked and barked. They barked for 3-4 hours straight. We went to the front desk to see if they could call the renters and they stated that they owned it and they couldn’t do anything about the barking. The dogs barked from 7:00 pm-10:00pm each night. Then the next night they all started yelling and cursing each other out running in and out of the room. We brought our 2 year old daughter with us. It made us not want to stay in our room.
