This ground floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico has sweeping views, and your own patio so you can walk right out to the white sandy beach! At 840 square feet, you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile & luxury plank flooring thru out the condo and a living/dining room looking right out to your patio to the white sandy beaches. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops and stainless appliances will be a joy to entertain in. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Great Location

Location was the biggest factor for us. Right on the beach and as a first floor unit could not be easier. Within walking distance to several restaurants. The unit is older but overall was clean and comfortable. For the price and location we would consider staying again.

Very Nice Well Maintained Condo

Sometimes off peak, sometimes other condos, but the ground level same condo last 2 years in a row. We really love the location and overall condo, and Beach is the best. Only thing is the last couple years felt the price increased a bit too much, so we are skipping next year. Maybe that is happening everywhere but the price last 2 years to me has us looking for a house somewhere to split with other families for a better price.

Just fyi: we tend to cook while there and didn’t have a large skillet but we made do. We always give office a list of things we notice need fixed. Roach in cabinet was a surprise but it was dead! Bushes in front of patio along hot tub wall are too big and block the view somewhat. Otherwise, satisfied.

Right on the beach which makes things very easy and convenient, especially if you have little kids. The property is clean. Staff has always been the best; very friendly and professional. Even when I call before I book a trip, they are great and helpful. Our units are always clean and comfortable. Stayed in unit 108 this time which we enjoyed due to the convenience of being on first floor. Our favorite vacation spot in Destin! Highly recommend.
